Privacy Policy

HawkSel (“we”) operates HawkSel, a customer-support dashboard for merchants (email, SMS, and Facebook Messenger).

What we collect

Account data: organization name, work email, hashed password, billing identifiers.
Support conversations: emails, SMS, and Facebook Messenger threads your organization connects.
Facebook Login data (if you connect Pages): your Facebook user id and name, and the Page id/name of Pages you select. We do not use Facebook to sign people into the dashboard.
Usage needed to bill AI tokens and SMS segments.

How we use it

To provide the support inbox, AI replies, billing, and to list Facebook Pages you admin so you can attach them to your organization. We do not sell personal data. We do not use Facebook Page data for ads.

Sharing

Processors that host the product (cloud VM, database, Stripe or Shopify Billing, Twilio for SMS/Messenger send). Facebook/Meta only to complete Login and list Pages you grant.

Facebook data & deletion

If you connected Facebook Pages, those Page IDs live on your HawkSel organization. You can remove Pages in Settings → Integrations → Facebook Messenger.

If you remove our app from Facebook and request deletion, we delete the Facebook user id we stored and any Pages tagged from that Facebook login. Status of an automated request: we return a confirmation code and this status URL from our callback.
