HawkSel is a multi-tenant support product operated by HawkSel. By creating an organization you agree to use the service only for your own customer-support operations, keep credentials secret, and pay the plan and add-on prices shown in the dashboard (including Facebook Messenger at a flat fee per Page).
Facebook Pages you connect must be Pages you are authorized to administer. Messenger sending uses our telephony provider; you remain responsible for Page policies and customer communications.
We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or platform-policy violations (including Meta Platform Terms).
